“Every licensed mortgage banker shall designate and maintain a principal place of business in this state for the transaction of business. . .”
Commercial Mortgage Bankers – A.R.S. 6-979(A):
“Each licensed commercial mortgage banker shall designate and maintain a principal place of business in this state to transact business…”
