The department is now called Arizona Department of Insurance & Financial Institutions This state agency governs the licensing and supervision of mortgage licenses. As a professional Arizona Responsible Individual your application will be reviewed prior to submitting for licensing. Upon completion of reviewing the application and other required paperwork all the information will be uploaded to the NMLS for approval with the state.
