The NMLS Resource Center is the official gateway into the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) and provides users with tools, tips, news and updates. Arizona Department of Insurance & Financial Institutions


In July of 2020 the Arizona Department of Financial Institutions merged with the department of insurance. The department is now called Arizona Department of Insurance & Financial Institutions This state agency  governs the licensing and supervision of mortgage licenses. As a professional Arizona Responsible Individual your application will be reviewed prior to submitting for licensing. Upon completion of reviewing the application and other required paperwork all the information will be uploaded to the NMLS for approval with the state.

Arizona Corporation Commission

The Corporations Division of the Arizona Corporation Commission is the government agency in charge of approving and maintaining records for all corporations and LLC’s. Therefore, if you are looking to get licensed in Arizona you will need to submit the necessary documents in order to legally do business in the state. Consequently, the required corporation commission paperwork can be costly and time consuming.  However you can relax knowing I will assist in this process.

Arizona Secretary of State



The Arizona Secretary of State is the government agency that will issue all dba and trade names. As a result of hiring myself are your responsible individual services if you are using a dba or trade name your paperwork will be reviewed and submitted by my office.
