After successfully completing the necessary requirements outlined by the Arizona Revised Statues, the Arizona Department of Insurance & Financial Institutions (DIFI) has approved me to act as an Arizona mortgage Responsible Individual.

As a full time professional responsible individual, I do not originate loans. A licensee can rest assured that I will not be competing with them or their loan officers. Here is my standard scope of services:

  • Serving as your responsible individual as defined by Arizona statutes.
  • Providing the required brick and mortar business location. A bona fide commercial office not the bedroom or the kitchen table in a condo, apartment or residence.
  • If needed, serve as your Statutory Agent with the Arizona Corporations Commission.
  • In addition, assist with the paperwork from the Arizona Corporations Commission and Secretary of State in order to avoid delays.
  • Assisting with initial and renewal application for an Arizona mortgage license by reviewing the application for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare the company for the DIFI examination which consists of reviewing in depth the books, records and information of the company.
  • Review all marketing and advertising material to ensure Arizona compliance.
  • Attend the examination on behalf of the company, at no additional cost.
  • Assist in the drafting of a detailed response after the AZDFI examination.
  •  Assist in the drafting of any consumer complaint.
  • Answer any and all questions regarding compliance, marketing, comp plans etc.
